Welcome to GemsNGlitz. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. We encourage you to read them carefully so you know what to expect when shopping with us.
Orders and Custom Work
Most of our jewelry is custom-made to your preferences. Once a deposit is placed and production begins, changes or cancellations are not always possible. We will always confirm your details before starting to ensure your order is exactly as requested.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through e-transfer, major credit cards, and financing partners such as Affirm. A processing fee may apply for certain payment methods. Orders are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.
Payment options through Affirm Canada Holdings Ltd. (“Affirm”). Your rate will be 0–31.99% APR (where available and subject to provincial regulatory limitations). APR offered is based on creditworthiness and subject to an eligibility check. Not all customers will be eligible for 0% APR. Payment options depend on your purchase amount, may vary by merchant, and may not be available in all provinces/territories. Actual payment option terms will be shown at checkout. A down payment (or a payment due today) may be required. Affirm accepts debit cards and PAD as forms of repayment on payment options. Select payment options may be eligible for repayment in the form of credit cards. Please review the terms and conditions of your credit card when using it as a form of repayment. Sample payment options may be: a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks. Production and Timelines
Our jewelry is handcrafted with care, and production times may vary depending on the design and stone availability. We will provide an estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase. While we do our best to meet this timeline, slight delays may occur.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship across Canada and internationally using trusted carriers such as FedEx. All packages require a signature upon delivery for security. GemsNGlitz is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
Because most of our pieces are custom-made, all custom orders are final sale. Ready-to-ship jewelry may be returned or exchanged within fourteen days under our Return Policy. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
Certificates and Warranty
Diamonds and gemstones supplied with certification (such as IGI) will include the original report with your order. Every piece comes with a GemsNGlitz lifetime care promise, which covers complimentary cleaning, inspection, and one free resizing. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, loss, or theft.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on the GemsNGlitz website and social media channels are the property of GemsNGlitz. They may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.
