At GemsNGlitz, each piece of jewelry is crafted with love and care, often made especially for you. Because of the custom nature of our designs, we kindly ask for your understanding that most orders are final sale.
Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom designs, personalized engagement rings, and any piece created to your specific requirements are non-refundable. Each ring is handcrafted for you, which makes it truly unique and not suitable for resale. We encourage you to take full advantage of our design support, CAD previews, and expert guidance before production begins to ensure everything is exactly as you imagine.
Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
For jewelry that is in stock and not custom made, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery or pick-up. The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with packaging and certificates included. A small fee may apply to cover professional inspection and cleaning.
Exchanges and Adjustments
If you would like to exchange your piece for another design or size, please contact us within fourteen days. We are happy to guide you through available options and assist with upgrades or resizing.
Return Process
To begin a return or exchange, simply email us at info@gemsnglitz.com with your order number and details. We will provide clear instructions to make the process smooth and secure. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, and we recommend a trusted courier such as FedEx or UPS with signature required.
Lifetime Care
Even though most items cannot be returned once customized, we are proud to offer lifetime care for your jewelry. This includes complimentary cleaning, inspection, and one free resizing. Our goal is to ensure your piece remains as beautiful as the day you received it.
